Quality is a process, not a certificate.
Quality assurance identifies faults. Quality management prevents them – by clearly linking requirements, processes and accountability. It does not begin with the micrometer, but with the question: What must never happen in our operations?
In our permanent efforts to improve our products and processes, we are following the norms of DIN ISO 9001:2015 and its defined quality management system.
