The high hygiene requirements of these complex systems are a particular challenge for every component in the system. But even strong cleaning concentrates, permanent wetness or unusual temperatures are not uncommon for our gearboxes. Various IP protection classes or corrosion protection can be realised to suit the application of the product. Coupled with high cycle times and precise repeat accuracy of synchronisation requirements, we can develop the right solution for every requirement.

A hydraulic motor gearbox, for example, can be the ideal solution for such demanding applications. It has generously dimensioned bearings and has a lower slip oil quantity compared to hydraulic motor direct drives of the same series. The high level of efficiency is reflected in the outstanding torques with smoother running and the responsive drive due to the low inertia.
