Certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and the precise definition of structures, processes and measured values do not mean that our endeavours to produce a good product are exhausted.

In addition to adhering to tolerances and monitoring materials, we are primarily focussed on the requirements of our customers and their products.

The quality assurance department at CHEMNITZER ZAHNRADFABRIK is equipped with modern 3D coordinate measuring machines and can precisely measure complex gearing parts. We use high-precision sensors and tactile or non-contact measuring probes to record all geometries and tooth profiles. By generating a detailed 3D model, all relevant dimensions, including tooth height, tooth thickness, tooth flank angle and concentricity, can be precisely determined.

The data obtained is compared with the design specifications in order to recognise deviations at an early stage and avoid quality problems. This also makes it possible to document the controlled quality and corresponding protocols can be transmitted on request.
