Turning & milling

The product portfolio of CHEMNITZER ZAHNRADFABRIK not only includes all types of gearing parts with their sophisticated shapes and geometries, but also flange parts and planet carriers made of different materials, depending on requirements and in a wide range of sizes and designs. In order to be able to map this variance, coupled with a high degree of complexity, the machinery includes modern and CNC-controlled turning, turn-milling, vertical 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines for maximum flexibility and productivity.

Both programming and simulation with the virtual machine are carried out using Edgecam CAD-CAM software, thus ensuring process reliability.
